Textbook example of banking industry’s greed

A 6-year old boy filled out a credit card application in his own handwriting for a Bank of America credit card, and he was accepted. The bank failed to notice the handwriting, the fact that his income was $0, and that his birthday was in 2002. They also have the gall to state that “We do not knowingly solicit or grant credit to a minor.”

I’m not suggesting that he do so, but I believe that he islegally entitled to run up the charges without paying, as he is too young to legally enter into a contract (though I have not run it by any lawyers.)
