Maybe I should drink more coffee…

I am not a morning person, so I definitely have to have my 2 cups of coffee every morning at work. A new study has concluded that regular coffee drinking (up to 6 cups per day) decreased the risk of death (mainly due to the decrease in the risk of death from heart disease.)

  1. That’s incredible… six cups…

    Nice post.

    Best wishes.

  2. Thanks.

If 6 cups (which contains about as much caffeine as 12 cans of Pepsi) is “regular” drinking, I wonder what they consider “heavy” drinking…

  4. If you do try green tea take note that there are both caffeinated and re is decaffeinated green teas to choose from. Green tea has many health benefits and now that I drink it I only have one coffee every day. 🙂

  5. Thanks. I’ll have to make sure I get the caffeinated tea (for at least the first few weeks…)
