Are these doctors insane?

For some reason, doctors declared Dick Cheney’s heartbeat normal after his annual checkout yesterday. I’m not sure how they could have thought the sound of a cash register could sound like a heartbeat…
They may be dumb, but they are apparently smart enough not to go hunting with him.
