Barack Obama has finally resigned from the church whose pastor Jeremiah Wright kept saying things that outraged the entire country and kept Obama on the defensive for months (though it was fortunate for him that Hillary Clinton stuck her foot in her mouth on multiple occasions.)

In the Stanford Regional, #4 seed UC Davis beat #1 seed Stanford 4-2. The Aggies are 3-0 against Stanford this year and 5-1 in the last 3 years.

Regular gas is $4.46 at a Shell station near my house. The last time I checked (though that was admittedly about a week ago) it was $4.25!
